- Avionics Installers are not responsible for panel mods, antenna installations and painting. These will be handled by the sheet metal shop.
- Out of the 2 positions open, 1 will be a Lead Installer/Floor Supervisor which will entail assisting fellow installers in troubleshooting, answer their interfacing questions, and helping them in understanding their tasks, while working on their own project. That person will ultimately be the interface between the Avionics Manager and inexperienced Installers and/or techs, in order to keep the floor productive, on schedule, and well trained. At present, the Avionics Manager handles the bulk of the customer interface. We try and keep the customer interface with the floor personnel at a minimum in order to maintain productivity, however we have a friendly, cordial and relaxed atmosphere, so there will be some customer interface required.
